Nick Addivinola

Nick Addivinola is Vice President of Merger & Acquisitions at Nautilus Solar Energy, where he leads the company’s strategic acquisition efforts. With more than 15 years of experience in renewable energy, Nick brings a deep understanding of how thoughtful, well-executed transactions can help advance the company’s mission of expanding access to clean, affordable power. He has held leadership roles in M&A at ET Capital, SunEdison, and TerraForm Power, where he helped scale diverse solar asset portfolios.
Nick began his career as a teacher, including two years in Naruto City, Japan as part of the Japanese Exchange and Teaching ("JET") Program – an experience that shaped his commitment to service, collaboration, and community impact. He holds a B.A. in History from Marist College and an MBA from Brandeis University.
