Leah Neal is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Nautilus Solar Energy, where she shapes company culture and champions initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and performance. Her leadership helps ensure that Nautilus remains both a leader in clean energy and a place where employees can thrive in their careers.
Leah brings more than 15 years of experience in the energy sector to the role, guiding organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale cultural transformations. She is passionate about creating teams that feel connected to a shared purpose — expanding access to clean, affordable energy — while empowering individuals to do their best work.
Her career began in education, where she spent a decade as a teacher before moving into the human resources field. That experience continues to influence her approach, as she views HR as a way to mentor, develop, and unlock potential for employees at every stage of their careers. Colleagues know her as a collaborative leader who balances professionalism with empathy and warmth.
Leah is committed to continuous learning and is active in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She holds a master’s degree from the University of Houston.
