Kelly Hadayia serves as Vice President, Community Solar at Nautilus Solar Energy, where she leads subscriber acquisition, customer management, and customer experience across a national community solar portfolio, advancing access to affordable clean energy.

Having significant experience in renewable energy, Kelly is a community solar leader with expertise in subscriber growth, revenue performance, and customer lifecycle strategy. She has a proven track record of scaling community solar operations and delivering measurable business results through portfolio optimization and cross-functional leadership.

Previously, Kelly held leadership roles at Pivot Energy and Clean Energy Co, where she developed data-driven growth strategies, built scalable customer experience programs, and translated customer insights into business decisions. She believes subscriber education is essential to expanding the reach of community solar— empowering more households to benefit from affordable clean energy while strengthening community engagement.

Kelly is an active industry speaker, having served as a panelist at the U.S. Department of Energy's National Community Solar Partnership Annual Summit, the Solarplaza Asset Management Summit, and the Coalition for Community Solar Access (CCSA) Community Solar Innovation Summit. She also earned the Financing and Deploying Clean Energy Certificate from Yale University's Center for Business and the Environment.

Outside of work, Kelly likes traveling and gardening with her husband and daughter. As a lifelong learner, she is currently learning Spanish, swimming, and Mahjong.
