Courtney Matsuishi serves as Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at Nautilus Solar Energy, where she leads both the legal and human resources departments. Her role bridges legal strategy and organizational development, supporting Nautilus’s mission to make clean energy accessible to all—especially those traditionally excluded from rooftop solar.
With over a decade of experience in renewable energy law, Courtney has advised institutional investors and developers on complex M&A and project financings across utility-scale and community solar sectors. She holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Boston University.
Courtney is known for her collaborative, empathetic leadership style and open-door approach. She partners across departments to manage risk, support employee growth, and help scale community-focused clean energy projects.
