Nautilus Solar Hires Courtney Matsuishi As General Counsel
SUMMIT, N.J., December 21, 2020 -- Nautilus Solar Energy, LLC ("Nautilus"”), a leading owner-operator of distributed generation and community solar projects located throughout North America, is pleased to announce the appointment of Courtney Matsuishi as General Counsel and newest member of the executive team.
Courtney brings to Nautilus a track record of success in representing solar project developers, sponsors and lenders in M&A and complex equity and debt financing transactions. She was most recently Senior Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where she practiced for over 10 years.
