Courtney brings to Nautilus a track record of success in representing solar project developers, sponsors and lenders in M&A and complex equity and debt financing transactions. She was most recently Senior Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where she practiced for over 10 years.
