Courtney Matsuishi, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. Courtney is responsible for overseeing and advising the executive team and the board in all legal matters. She brings over a decade of experience in representing institutional investors, sponsors, and project developers in M&A and complex equity and debt financings in the renewables sector (including utility-scale, distributed-generation, and community solar projects). Prior to joining Nautilus, she was an attorney in private practice at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.

Courtney graduated magna cum laude from Boston University and received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. She is a member of the California Bar.
