STEP 5 – PAYMENTS

Here we are – the last step before you can officially call yourself a Solar Pioneer!

We just need to know how you would like to make your electricity payments. You have two options:

· From your checking or savings account.

· Or with a debit or credit card

o If you choose debit or credit card, this is just a quick reminder that we do charge a small convenience fee of 2.7% unless prohibited by local law.

For either option, you will need to insert your payment information and then check the box I AUTHORIZE NAUTILUS SOLAR ENERGY for the payments. When ready, click the blue CONTINUE button.

You’ll see a message that reads “Thank you, your bank information has been approved.” appear in the bottom of the blue shaded area.

We also need you to authorize Nautilus to perform a soft credit check. This does not affect your credit score, but it does allow us to verify that you pay your bills in a timely manner and are of age to authorize this agreement.

Click next to complete your enrollment.

If you have another service address, you’d like to enroll, please go back to enrollment.nautilussolar.com and click VIEW MY ENROLLMENTS to see additional accounts with the same utility company that are eligible. Or, if the new service address is with a different utility company, you’ll need to start the process over again by entering the zip and going through these steps again.

In the next day or two, you’ll receive a Welcome call and email from our Customer Care Team to confirm your enrollment details. You can also contact them toll-free at (866) 969-4129.
