How to login to your Nautilus Solar customer portal for the first time
Logging into the Customer Portal
- Go to https://nautilussolar.com/account.
- Enter your login credentials:
- Username: The email address associated with your account.
- Password: The password you created during the enrollment process. If you forgot your password, there's an option to reset it.
- Log in to access your Nautilus Solar customer portal dashboard.
Customer Portal Features
Once you login to the customer portal, you will see an easy-to-navigate dashboard. You can manage your customer information and view your community solar statements and savings.
In the customer portal, you can:
- Update Your Payment Info
- Make Payments
- View Billing & Payment History
- Change Your Account Password
- Update Your Utility Login Information
- Update Contact Preferences
- View Your Nautilus Solar Subscription Agreements
- Enroll a New Account or Complete In-Progress Enrollments
