Chanique Oaks, Executive Director, Human Resources, leads all human resources functions including recruitment, training and advancement, DEI strategic plan implementation and benefits administration. She brings over 15 years of human resources experience with various industries, including renewable energy, to Nautilus Solar Energy. Chanique's areas of expertise include change management, D&I initiatives, organizational design, recruitment, employee recognition, compensation and performance management.

Chanique holds an MBA from Strayer University.
