Setting up your Payment Method
Here it is – the last step before you can call yourself a Solar Pioneer!
We just need to know how you would like to make your electricity payments. You have two options:
- From your checking or savings account.
- Or with a debit or credit card
- If you choose debit or credit card, this is just a quick reminder that you will be charged a convenience fee of 2.9% unless prohibited by local law.
Note that you will need to enter your selected payment information for both options and then check the box I AUTHORIZE NAUTILUS SOLAR ENERGY for the payments. When ready, click the blue CONTINUE button.
You’ll see a message that reads “Thank you, your bank information has been approved.” appear in the bottom of the blue shaded area.

We also need you to authorize Nautilus to perform a soft credit check. This does not affect your credit score, but it does allow us to verify that you pay your bills in a timely manner and are of age to authorize this agreement.
Lastly, we need you to acknowledge two things:
- A Subscription Agreement by checking the box here and here. And then typing your name in.
- And a Disclosure Agreement by doing the same.
Once you’re done, click COMPLETE MY ENROLLMENT.
If you have another service address you’d like to enroll, please go back to enrollment.nautilussolar.com and click VIEW MY ENROLLMENTS to see additional accounts with the same utility company that are eligible. Or, if the new service address is with a different utility company, you’ll need to start the process over again by entering the zip and going through these steps again.
