Nautilus US Power Holdco, LLC ("NUPH") was formed in 2020 as part of a private energy open-end investment fund managed by Power Sustainable, which has approximately C$1.6 billion in capital commitments to continue funding Nautilus's growing pipeline of solar projects.

NSE leads the acquisition, development, financing, operations, and management of the solar projects owned by NUPH.
