Nick Addivinola, Executive Director, M&A. Nick is responsible for leading Nautilus's strategic merger and acquisition initiatives. He brings over 15 years of renewable energy experience to Nautilus. Prior to joining Nautilus, Nick held M&A positions at ET Capital, Sun Edison, and TerraForm Power. Before entering the power industry, Nick spent four years as a teacher, including two in Naruto City, Japan as part of the Japanese Exchange and Teaching ("JET") Program.

Nick holds a BA in history from Marist College and an MBA from Brandeis University.
