Jeffrey Cheng is the CEO of Nautilus Solar Energy. Jeffrey oversees Nautilus and works closely with the executive team on operations as well as with the Board on market positioning/strategy. Under Jeffrey's tenure, Nautilus has steadily grown into a leading community solar company with a national footprint of solar projects operating from California to Maine. Prior to Nautilus, Jeffrey was Chief Executive Officer of Stion Energy Services and led Stion's expansion into large commercial-scale project deployments and green field "utility-direct" solar developments. Before joining Stion, he was Managing Director of Project Finance at Regenesis Power, a solar developer focused on municipal and utility-scale solar projects. Previously, Jeffrey closed >$5B in financing and M&A transactions while holding executive management and senior investment banking positions within the technology industry. Jeffrey graduated with honors from the University of Southern California, holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, and is a member of the New York State Bar.
